1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the website https://hotel.quotatrip.com and the services provided through the Quotatrip Hotels platform.

Quotatrip Hotels is operated by Quotatrip L.L.C-FZ, located at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E.

The platform connects hotels with traveler accommodation requests generated through the Quotatrip ecosystem and related marketing activities.

By applying to join or using the platform, hotels agree to these Terms.

Use of the platform is also subject to the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

The platform is intended exclusively for hotels, accommodation providers, and authorized representatives of such businesses.

Applicants must provide accurate and truthful information when submitting their application.

Quotatrip reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

3. Application and Approval Process

Hotels wishing to join the platform must submit an application through the website.

Quotatrip may evaluate applications based on various criteria, including but not limited to:

  • quality of the hotel website
  • public reviews and ratings
  • reputation and credibility
  • geographic coverage
  • alignment with the Quotatrip brand and traveler expectations

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

4. Account Activation and Subscription

Approved hotels must activate their account by subscribing to the Quotatrip Hotels service.

Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually and are payable in advance.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless the hotel requests cancellation by email before the end of the current billing period.

Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe or via bank transfer.

All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Quotatrip may offer promotions, discounts, or special pricing at its discretion.

In certain cases, commissions may apply to confirmed bookings generated through the platform.

Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in suspension of access to the platform.

5. Lead Distribution

Quotatrip distributes traveler requests to participating hotels through automated systems or internal allocation methods.

Traveler leads originate primarily from the Quotatrip platform, its partner network, and marketing campaigns conducted through online advertising channels such as Meta, Google Ads, or other digital platforms.

Quotatrip does not guarantee:

  • a specific number of leads
  • exclusivity of leads
  • response rates
  • booking conversions

Lead distribution may vary depending on destination demand, platform activity, and internal allocation systems.

Quotatrip does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of traveler requests submitted through the platform.

6. Use of Traveler Leads

Hotels agree to use traveler leads only for the purpose of responding to the specific accommodation request submitted by the traveler.

Hotels may not:

  • resell traveler information
  • transfer leads to third parties
  • use leads for unrelated marketing campaigns
  • store or reuse traveler information for mass solicitation

Hotels must comply with applicable data protection laws when handling traveler information.

7. Hotel Responsibilities

Hotels are solely responsible for:

  • the accuracy of their information
  • the quality of their services
  • communication with travelers
  • pricing and booking terms
  • compliance with applicable regulations

Quotatrip is not a party to any accommodation agreement between hotels and travelers.

Hotels agree to indemnify and hold Quotatrip harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their services, conduct, or interactions with travelers.

8. Limitation of Liability

Quotatrip acts solely as a platform facilitating the distribution of traveler leads.

Quotatrip does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.

Quotatrip is not responsible for:

  • hotel services or accommodations
  • disputes between travelers and hotels
  • cancellations or booking issues
  • traveler decisions or booking outcomes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quotatrip's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the hotel to Quotatrip during the previous 12 months.

9. Suspension and Termination

Quotatrip may suspend or terminate a hotel's access to the platform in cases including but not limited to:

  • misuse of traveler data
  • non-payment of subscription fees
  • fraudulent activity
  • repeated traveler complaints
  • damage to the reputation of the Quotatrip ecosystem

Hotels may cancel their subscription at any time by sending an email request to Quotatrip. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period and the subscription will not be renewed.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, technology, and materials associated with the Quotatrip platform remain the property of Quotatrip or its licensors.

Hotels may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse platform materials without prior permission.

11. Modifications

Quotatrip may update or modify these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
